Good morning, all!
I hope that everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving with family! Our family enjoyed a lovely time of eating too much, playing some games, and catching up. In all of the fun and food, there was a night last week that I had Taco Soup planned and we didn’t eat it. Also, I had planned on making Spinach Tomato Tortellini tomorrow night and neglected to remember that we are going out to eat with family. That being said, this week’s meal plan has a couple of duplicate recipes, that really aren’t duplicates, because I didn’t make them. Anywho, here’s the plan!
For the Taco Soup and Spinach Tomato Tortellini recipes, see last week here.
1 lb Ground Turkey (cooked with Taco Seasoning)
1 C Shredded Cheese of Choice
1 Tomato (diced)
1 C Rice (cooked)
1 can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
Grab a tortilla, pile on desired amount of each ingredient, and eat!

1/4 C Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
2 Egg Whites
1 lb Tilapia Fillets
