So much to be thankful for and so much fun family time to have!

Potato, Broccoli & Pepper Jack Egg Casserole

15 Minute Tilapia

Ingredients:
4 Tilapia Fillets
1 Tbs Olive Oil
Garlic Salt
1/2 Shredded Parmesan

Directions:
Place tilapia on aluminum foil.
Lightly brush top and sides of tilapia with olive oil.
Sprinkle garlic salt and Parmesan over tilapia.
Either grill over medium heat for 12-15 minutes or bake in over at 375* for 12-15 minutes.

A couple of notes:

  • You can pretty much assume that if a recipe calls for cream, half and half, or whole milk, I will substitute fat free milk.
  • If a shredded cheese of choice or cheddar is in the recipe, I will use a mexican blend shredded cheese from Winco.
  • I often substitute butter with Olive Oil.
